Snow Day

Derek and I both had a snow day today so we got to stay home with Annika. We decided to bundle everyone up and head out to play in the snow. Annika wasn't sure at first and didn't really want to walk around, but after awhile she really loved playing in the snow!

It's Cake Time!

I ordered a cake from a local bakery and it turned out great, it matched all her decorations wonderfully. Annika loves sweets so I knew she would love her cake. She wasn't as into putting her hands all in it, but her face was another story. She decided to not use her hands at all and just dove in face first!

Birthday Party!

Annika's birthday was on Saturday and we had a big party for her. It was so much fun to have our friends and family around to celebrate. Everything turned out great and we had a wonderful time. I think the best part was watching all of the kids playing together and having a fun time. Perfect day!

Our Funny Girl

Since starting "real" food Annika has been pretty picky. She really likes bread and anything sweet. So, we decided to give her a biscuit with some jelly. She ate every bit of what we gave her. Or at least every bit that didn't end up on her face!

Christmas Part Three

We had one last Christmas at my sister's and we had a great time. Annika got a cute kitchen and a great grocery cart for her to push around. We need to make more room at our house for all of her new toys!
