Gymboree

A few weeks ago we bought a Groupon for Gymboree. I have been wanting to take Annika to Gymboree but it is a little pricey so this was a wonderful opportunity. Since we were on spring break we decided to take advantage of our month of classes and we took Annika almost every day. She loves it! It is perfect for her age because things are pretty low to the ground so if she falls she won't get hurt. Also, there are not a lot of big kids there for her to have to worry about. It was great! I can't wait to take her back. I know some of the pictures are blurry. They were taken with my phone because I couldn't seem to remember the camera in the four times we went this week!

Just Like Mom & Dad

Most people that know us know that Derek and I love to read. We both usually have a book with us at all times. That being said, I want Annika to have the same love for books that we do. I know it may not happen, but we make sure there are books for her all around and we read to her every day. I still know that she may grow up to hate to read, but, right now, she seems to love it. Just like Mom & Dad!

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Yesterday was a great day. The weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of the day outside. Annika LOVES being outside and anytime we would go in, she would go to the door and try to get it open. I tried to get a good picture of her smiling with her cute St. Patrick's Day shirt on. I didn't, but, I think some of the ones of her playing are just as great!

Annika & Rynka

Annika has learned to give hugs and loves to give them to the dogs. You can see that Rynka is not as thrilled about this as Annika is. At least Rynka doesn't run away from Annika anymore!

Fun New Toy

Derek and I got Annika this cute rocker for her birthday. She really hasn't paid much attention to it until this past week or so. She loves the music it plays and will rock so hard I'm afraid she will fall of the front! But, what I think she likes the most is climbing on it!
