I thought I would post some random silly pics of our little girl. She makes us laugh everyday and I love the great person she is turning into. She doesn't care if her shoes don't match, or she has on a bike helmet in the car, or really about anything except having fun. I hope she always stays this way. She is truly something else and we love her more than ever!

Shatto Farm Day
A local dairy farm had an open day event, where people could tour the facilities, pet the new calves, even milk a cow by hand! They definitely treat their animals right, for them to be that comfortable around so many people. After the hour long drive north, we got to the farm just as a rain storm rolled in. The calves, she loved, but the big cows were a little much for her, so we made our way to the free samples tent. Their products are a little expensive, but Shatto Farms milk is definitely the best around, and their flavored milk is amazing! Coffee milk and root beer milk are the favorites (taste like iced coffee and root beer floats, respectively, and again, if you've never tried it, they are worth hunting down in the grocery stores). We ended the day with finding our new favorite pizza joint, not far from our house, that also sold large, yummy cookies.
Pool
Before the weather became ridiculously hot, our daily routine was wake up, eat breakfast, go swimming. Then we would come inside for a little bit and then swim some more. Annika loves her little pool. I wish we had a neighborhood pool to go to but she doesn't seem to care. She is perfectly happy just being in some water.
It's A Boy!
When Derek and I found out that the baby is a boy, we decided to have his family over and surprise them. We put blue balloons outside and pink balloons inside, just for fun. After dinner we brought out the cake and when they saw it was blue, they were very excited. It was a fun way to tell everyone. And the cake was delicious.
Gymboree
We signed Annika up for Gymboree again this summer and she LOVES it! The classes are great and gives her a chance to work on waiting her turn and playing with others. Things she doesn't get at home with me and Derek. We go to at least one class a week and as many of the open gyms we can get too. I highly recommend it. It was here that we noticed Annika knows how to juggle. Well, kind of. She is pretty cute and always says, "Juggle. Juggle. Juggle."

New Pool
After watching Annika in her pool, we agreed that she did need something bigger. We got a really fun little pool that Annika loves. But, before she could play in it, we had to blow it up. Of course, she had to help!
Summer
As soon as the weather was warm enough we pulled out Annika's pool for her to play in. She decided to put her slide in to add some extra fun. She also decided that her pool was, "too small" and she needed a bigger one. Even though it was a little small, she still had fun swimming.
Sleepy Girl
One Saturday we were busy and Annika didn't get a nap. So, this is what we found about 6:45 that night. Completely out. She didn't even wake up when we changed her clothes. It was pretty sweet.

Yummy!
A couple weeks ago we went out for yogurt at a new place by our house. Annika got to pick out her yogurt, which actually tastes like ice cream, then she got to pick out what she wanted on top. She was so excited to eat that she had to have two spoons!
