Poor Rynka

Our poor dog Rynka.  Annika loves her so much.  The feeling is not mutual.  Rynka likes to sit on the back of our couch, which up until a couple of weeks ago, was a safe distance away from Annika.  Now that Annika likes to lay on the couch, Rynka is miserable.  Annika likes to pull Rynka's  tail, or foot, or ear, or pet her (and by pet I mean hit), or hug her.  Rynka tries to get away but then Annika thinks it is a game and laughs and tries to grab her again.  Luckily Rynka is a sweet dog and is very patient!

Sick

Poor Annika got sick over Thanksgiving.  She ended up having an ear infection in both ears and was pretty much down for the count for almost 2 weeks.  During this time she started to love laying on the couch with a pillow and a blanket either watching Mouse (her favorite) or reading a book.  Glad she is finally feeling better!

Decorating

Over Thanksgiving weekend we put up our Christmas decorations.  Annika was interested in helping for about 10 minutes.  She was more interested in playing with the ornaments before they were on the tree.  She really likes the ornaments that play music or have some sort of movement.  She found one that she loves and has taken it off the tree numerous times.  

Thanksgiving

We had a great Thanksgiving this year.  I didn't take many pictures so I was glad I got this good one of her cute turkey shirt.  My very talented friend Jody made it for her and she looked very cute.

Mommy's Shoes

Annika LOVES shoes.  As a matter of fact, she said I love you to her boots before she said it to anyone else.  So it wasn't a big surprise when she found my heels and started walking around in them.  

Yogurt

Annika had yogurt for dinner the other night.  She decided to rub it all over her face, and chest, and tray.  It was too funny to stop her so we got the camera instead!

Random

Leaving Dunkin' Donuts one very chilly morning.

Mad

I'm not sure if she is mad about the bow on her head, the fact that she had to get out of bed and get dressed, or that I was taking her picture.

Rynka jumped into my lap the other night, which is pretty unusual.  Annika did not like this and decided she needed to be on my lap too.

Leaves

We were outside on a great day and decided to rake up some leaves. 

 Annika thought it looked fun and wanted to help.  

Mr. Potato Pumpkin

We bought this cute Mr. Potato Head Witch set for the pumpkin we bought a few weeks ago.  Annika thought it was fun to help, for about 2 minutes.  But, we did get a cute picture and she has loved playing with it once it was all put together.
