When we began our road trip to North Dakota, I was not looking forward to the drive. Seeing Derek's family, yes. The 13+ hours it would take to get there, no. But, once we got on the road, Annika fell fast asleep and we were able to make it just past Omaha before we needed to stop. Even though Derek just wanted to stop at a gas station, I convinced him to stop at this little park so Annika could play. We stopped here a couple years ago when we made the same trip. It was fun to see her on the same equipment she was on a couple years ago. Back then all she could really do is still. This time she was all over the place. It's hard to believe she is so big now. Time really does go way too fast.
