We decided to take advantage of Derek's last day home with a trip to the pumpkin patch. It was cold, but we decided to brave it anyway, and I'm so glad we did. We tried a different patch this year, simply because it was free! It was great though. They had a ton of pumpkins, chickens, cows, and a great playground for the kids to play on. It was our first real outing with just us four and it went pretty well. It was fun to see Annika be so excited about being somewhere. She knew exactly what to do and that she wanted a baby pumpkin!
